Transfer PayPal funds to my bank

It indicates you can do an immediate transfer for $.25 but there is no option button to select this method.  Only a "Link debit card" which seems to be an endless loop.

Add you BANK debit card and link it to your PayPal account. 

Not all banks qualify.

Did you ever figure this out? I have linked my debit card 87 times now and my fingers are starting to hurt.

may  be your debit card is not in the network??
