Check your account settings, you may have the Security Key function enabled.
As we don't know what type of account you have - here's the steps for a Personal Account.
Login to your Account.
Click on the "Gear" icon.
You should see a second menu - Account Security Payments Notifications
Click on "Security".
You should see "Security Key".
Click on "Update".
If you have it enabled - you can disable it there.
