So I’m trying to update my postal address and phone number. I am in the military and my address has completely changed and now I’m in Okinawa Japan. Every single time I change it, it says not valid. So I can’t send money to my friend that is in The Navy until I can update my information. How can I do it? Is there a way someone from Paypal can do it for me.
Your Paypal account is a US account,you cannot add a JAPANESE address.
leave the account alone and open one based in Japan,you may link a US bank and local bank to your new account,but if you want to link the same credit card,remove it from your US account before adding to the **bleep** account/
I am having the same issue with updating my address. Kept saying invalid. I have a US mailing address. I am no longer living at that address and wanted to updated it, but am unable to.
