I have no idea what business you operate or why you need to provide inventory information.  If you want help, you need to explain what you want.

-by whom/IRS or the venue provider like Ebay and AMZN?

-what are you selling,have the products you are selling available on the market or pre release items?

-are they one of a kind and you are selling zillions of them?

-are they designer items exclusively sold by the designer or approved distributor/retailer?

In some cases,they want to see your vendor invoice or payment made to vendors that you do have such inventory on hand  OR the goods you are selling are authentic and come from the manufactuer or its licensed disributors.
