Proof of Shipping required

Hi , 

I just created paypal so that my friend can pay his owe to me . He sent $300 to me .. but after a day .. when i get back on my paypal . It was now asking me vital information to get verified. 

But among the vital information asked , this kind of verification is off topic : 

How can i provide a tracking number for someone paying to me with his owed money ? .. It doesn't need shipping via ups and etc .?

Please further give me some answers on what is best to do ..

 SEE if you can refund him the payment and ask him to send again using 'friends and family',there would be no Paypal fee of 30 cents plus 2.9%.

Since you are new,and your friend send you money $300,Paypal assumes it is payment for goods/service and ask for proof you have shipped the merchandise.
