i Have just registered in Paypal and added my payoneer card to cards. But then i tried to verify it but it wrote that "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card" . Then i remove card from card lists and everytime i try to add it write same thing. Now! Why i am here. I am working as 3D artsit and registered here because soon i will get payment from client from paypal. Only thing i have is Payoneer master card. I want to withdraw money which i will get from my client soon to my payoneer master card!Please help me with information. How i can do it and steps of what needed to do that.
