PayPal asking for business information, but I'm using a personal account?

Ever since I started selling on eBay on my first sale PayPal limits my account asking for business information, but I am not a business I was just using eBay to get rid of some items... what should I do as I cannot give them the stuff they're asking for.

selling and collecting money is a business,so give Paypal what it asked for.

if you cant give them what they ask for,then do not use Paypal

What’s the point of them even offering personal accounts then...

Personal accounts are for those not engaged in business activitity.  So, give PayPal what they want or stop engaging in business activities.

Since when is selling a second hand item on eBay being a business, there asking for tracking numbers for the last five items I’ve sent after selling one item on eBay wtf is this?

3THAN I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, I KNOW WHEN I SIGNED UP I HIT BUSINESS INSTEAD OF PERSONAL AND HAVEN'T BEN ABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM MYSELF. UNFORTUANATELY FOR US IT SEEMS THAT PEOPLE WOULD RATHER BE NASTY THAN ACTUALLY HELP. TO BAD PAYPAL ISNT MORE USER FRIENDLY WERE YOU COULD ACTUALLY MAKE CHANGES.
