I have an issue that isn't a preset issue, and need to contact PayPal about it (they say my SSN is incomplete or I don't have it and need it or something, and I do have it on there, and the site won't let me update it. The message that says to update it just takes me back to the landing page). I don't know why other isn't an option, unless I'm missing it?
How do I contact them through email about a not preset issue? They say they're going to limit my account if I don't 'update' it.
I REALLY don't want to call, I don't do well on the phone. Plus, sending SSN over the phone makes me nervous. Plus, I've heard it doesn't do my good anyway.
