Last November 2015 I´ve reached paypal 2500 euros limit. They asked me to send my ID card and the proof of address.
I was new selling online and I was affraid of using my real name. So, I´ve registered with a fictitious first name. My name is Miguel <removed>, I´ve used Gonçalo <removed> in paypal. Ok, I know I shoudnt have done that, but it was made with no bad intentions.
I´ve sended my ID card and proof of address to paypal and explain what happened.
Today, 2 years have passed and I still cant use my money in anyway. Hi have 200 dollars in my account, it´s not much but it is mine.
Can someone help me? Is this legal?
I´m feeling robbed! I´ve sold some items on ebay, never had a claim from buyers. And my last payment received was on October 2015!!
I think this is an abuse. Can someone help me?
