Limited Account Access

Hi sir/mam

 

Few days ago, I've received this email.

 

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

 

  • Mar 14, 2017: Your bank let us know that you didn't authorize some recent money transfers between your PayPal and bank accounts.

 

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-005-638-089-131.)

 

That time I've folllow all Three step at Resolution Center:

 

a) Confirm a bankI've passed in my Bank Account confirmation.

b) Confirm identity: I've Passed my Identity Confirmation through my phone number verification process.

c) Update your security info: My account security info like Password and Sequirity Questions has been changed.

 

But, my account is still in review process at Resolutin Center. In the mean time, I need a solution. Please Help.

You could phone customer service and ask.

 

What instructions were in the email you received about the limitation.

 

PayPal doesn't like it when you use your bank to block a payment.  The bank may now be permanently blocked from PayPal.  You'll need to phone customer service.
