Instrument is currently marked as bad???

Whenever I try to add my bank, it says this!

What kind of bank are you using?

Im using "Our Community Credit Union". I got my card when I was 16, so i think my accout is still linked to my moms or something, The card is under my name however.

Paypal does not do business with every bank,credit union,

internet bank is not on its list

What does this mean? I'm trying to link my account and it keeps saying this.....

I actually had my credit union acct linked with pp then I had a small negative balance and now it will not delink even though the negative balance has been corrected. I have emailed pp so I am hoping to get this resolved.
