If I link my debit card to my account, will money transferred to it go into my bank?

Just wondering if I transfer money from my PayPal balance to my debit card, would it end up in my bank. I am transfering directly to my bank right now and it takes about 2 days to show up, but PayPal says if I linked my card it would show up in 30 minutes. Is this true?

That is true, but it has to be an eligible card. Even though my debit is a visa, it isn't eligible for the 30 min transfer.

I believe it needs to be your bank debit card and with an eligible bank.
