I wish to close my account but it has funds in it.

I don`t require using this paypal account anymore and I wish to close it but the miniature 0.73 EUR that are in it cannot be withdrawn. I do not wish to connect my bank account. Is there any way I can delete my account with these funds in it.

Why not buy something low cost that is listed in euros and spend them first?

Or send the balance to someone else that can withdraw euros?
