I sent paypal a photo of my national identity card (it has english translation on it) and driver license but they keep sending me e-mails that they need other documents. The strange thing is that in those emails they say that they need proof of my address, but when I go to the policy page to sent them the documents, the only personal information that I can send them (and the only one that's available) is the one that ask proof of my identity.
I have money on that account and I don't wanna lose them.
