I had the account on Paypal, and I want to change my password via e-mail, and I've forgotten all the information in this account, is there a way or a solution?

How did you change a password by email?

Not much you can do if you fogot all the informaiton about a PayPal account.  No one one the forum has the details either.

Surely there are some personal information you definitely know and some that you can remember when given a hint by the customer service rep to verify your identity and let you reset your log in.
