I have chosen the wrong country... please help me guys

Dear all,

Please help me to get full access to my account. I am from Maldives.

I have mistakenly chosen my country as United States during the registration process. 

I have already provided my national Identity card photos and detailswhich are proves that I am a Maldivian.

I cannot delete my account, I cannot remove my visa card details, I cannot change my address, I cannot open another account with the same email address, I cannot delete my paypal account.

I have been doing many things to solve this issue, I am going through a lot.

Please help me to solve this issue.
