I clicked "Manage all addresses" and "Update" for the other address, and clicked "Make this my primary address". It does nothing! Is this a glitch? I tried calling Customer Service but I can't get through because of "technical difficulties".
Please help!

Looks like we're going in a loop. Seems this issue has been resolved according to this thread.
