How to define Gift Recipient Name and Address as an alternate_ Help Really Needed

In the past, it was possible to define Gift Recipient (name and address) different than account holder name and primary address. 

Now, it seems not possible. Am I right or is there way to define it?

No reply at all.  Nobody needs to have a gift recipient.

You're right. I do have the same question.

I contact the customer service, and after replying their email so many times but they just keep asking the same question again and again and in the end the problem never solved.

I wish someone can explain it.
