How to Add a Card

Hello,

 After i I fill in the card data, it appears a message, telling me " This card is not accepted. Please use a different card".

I tried with my Visa Electron (the same one i used creating my acount) card and also, with the Visa one.... but the result is still the same. What could be the problem?

(I can't link a bank account because i don;t have a U.S. one).

I am also having the exact same problem. I am very desperate and in need of assistance. Someone please help.
