HOW do i cancel a payment request to a friend ??? Please HELP !

once i send a  payment request to a friend, this was like 2 years ago. 

now i want to delete my bank account but i cant because it says i have a transaction running. 

Can someone help me please ???!?!?!

Look for the payment request in your activity to see if it can be canceled.  Otherwise, you'll need to call cust service to have them remove it for you.  Click Contact on bottom of page.  When on the line, press zero or say "agent".
