My account was limited today, i did some of the steps to try and resolve my issues. All i need to do is confirm a bank or bank statement but i don't have one! Is my issue impossible to fix? I don't understand why i was limited. All my customers use PayPal Goods and Services to pay me, and i ship all my items and add tracking information right here on paypal.
