Wondering if anyone can help me with my email issue for my business account. My personal email Is my primary but I would like to add in my business email so I can use it for business transactions. When I go to "add new email" it says that my email is not available? Anyone know why it may be saying this and how I may be able to fix this? I have attached a photo for reference. Thank you!

PayPal retains email addresses for all accounts - even closed ones. If the address has been used in the past, the system won't accept it. You may want to contact customer service for assistance as they can double check to see if that address was used before.
