Did PayPal started their service in Bangladesh yet?

Hi there!

Thanks for dropping by the Community! 🙂

PayPal is not currently available in Bangladesh and we don’t have news to share right now regarding future plans. However, Xoom, a PayPal service, has been live in Bangladesh since November 2015. Through Xoom, people in the U.S. can send money to loved ones by depositing money to leading banks in the country.

Here has country list. https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide . Bangladesh is not in here yet.

It is hearing that, PayPal is going to lunching in Bangladesh at 19th October 2017. But it is also hearing that, it is not paypal, is is Xoom service. Can anyone plaease let me know what is the actual information?
