I use a mailbox service and recently tried to add my account to their billing method instead of the card I had on file. I learned that I wasn't able to do it because PayPal had put a hold on my account but I resolved that issue and got a message from PayPal that says the account is restored. So I tried again to add my PayPal account to this vendor's system but still only see the card I have on file. It won't let me add the PayPal balance to their system. I cannot pay with the card because I put the money on my PayPal account balance. Help
