Cash-In from Paypal to Gcash

Good day to everyone,

I am having a problem with processing a cash-in from paypal to my Gcash account. It does say that my account is verified and ready to use but when I withdraw any amount of money it says I need to relink my account to my gcash wallet but I have been doing that for 2 days now but still won't work.

Upon checking on my paypal preapproved payments it says that "To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated. To reactivate it, reset your PIN.". What would be the best thing to do with this?

Does anyone here experience the payment status completed but with you gcash account no transaction. I called customer care they said they dnt have any transaction made w paypal. please help!!!:(

in my case, when i signed up for paypal, there was a field for middle name. I filled that up. When i signed up for gcash, there were no options for middle name. So now i still cant link them two. I have the usual G-XChange listed. With that red flag at the bottom with the warning  "To protect your account, this preapproved payments has been deactivated"......." If i click on the g-xchange, it'll show its active.

When i try to cash-in, i get prompted that i'm not yet linked. 

I am not sure if the presence of my middle name in paypal is the cause. But i have asked paypal to remove it. So i'll wait and see.

I am getting really frustrated about this issue. I want to use Gcash to withdraw my Paypal balance since there is no fee unlike Paymaya they charge 250php and other bank transfer. I've tried calling Gcash hotline and there is no solution for this. I might go to Globe store to have this issue fix.

that to is my problem since march 10 i do not know if gcash or pay pall is doing something i was advice by g-cash to deposit 200 php to my gcash acct as payment for paypall as to my transaction could push tru but i told gcash i have already done that last march but up to now i still cant transact bussiness with them i told them if this oct if they could not fixed it i have no choice but to go back to my unionbank eon card

Me too! Instead of transferring my paypal balance to my gcash. It was transfering to g.xchange inc. I don't know where is that. 😣
