So I moved some money from my paypal account to Gcash (local mobile money service) I sent $154 the exchange rate yesterday was about 52 Php but for the sake of this discussion I will assume that Paypal's exchange rate was about $1=47Php (after the fees)
I received 4,199.46 in Philippine Peso. So in essence I am missing about about 3,000 Php
Of course I have received some canned response that doesn't really help me.
Has anyone experienced this before. I have been using Paypal's service for years and (six months Paypal to Gcash) and this is the first time I have encountered this error. The support team seems not to understand and have sent me 2 canned response. How can I get this resolved?
