Hi I am having a problem with my card reader. It is stuck on the ( ready to install provide files in msd. Screen no blue tooth lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks.
I am in us and using it with my Android phone. It was down loading update yesterday. Battery on it ran out and know I power it on and just shows ready to install screen. Not picking it up in blue tooth.
So, you were in the process of updating the bluetooth reader.
PayPal Here gives sufficient warnings informing you to make sure you have power supplied to the reader during the update if your battery is not full power.
I've gone through multiple updates and make sure there is sufficient power.
You will be able to recover this on your own. You need to phone PayPal and get to PayPal Here tech support; they MAY be able to help you recover.
I have not seen any similar problems posted on the forum.
