Card Cancelled w/o authorization

First, let me just say to Paypal: The inability to actually connect with a human being via telephone or email is almost enough to take my business elsewhere. You've been pretty good to me over the years, however, so I'll give this another shot.

I received a message that I'd closed my business card account.

I did not perform this action. However, nobody picks us at this number; there isn't even an automated response, which is quite unusual for 'contacting' a multi-billion dollar company. I need(1) a replacement card sent to the address on file or (2) my card reactivated. I'll settle for an actual response advising on my options at this point.

"Volunteer advisor"?

Oh, I get it. You lack the intellectual capacity to dispense any worthwhile information and attact "volunteer advisor" status in hopes of landing an actual paying job.

Your reply reeks of ignorance.

I don't know if you'll receive this message. I hope you do.

I wanted to sincerely apologize for my words. I live in Vietnam and it's been difficult trying to get by without a method of payment.

I apologize, again, and wish you well.
