For the past five days, whenever I try to verify my prepaid gift card, this message always appears after I click Continue: "The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." Am I doing something wrong, or is it the website?
Not all prepaid gift cards can be linked to PayPal accounts, it's pretty much a hit or miss. It's better to simply use the card on the checkout process.
