ok, so the office department in my country is CLOSED, beacuse it went bankrupt. You cannot send stuff via normal mail.
I have a Fisical address in USA in wich I send my packages and later on I go to pick them up (several months in between). So right now I want to send a package and the USA address that I had registered in paypal is gone. I tried to make a new one but you cannot change the country im in beacuse I made it in my country. So i made a new account, with the USA address. Now it is restringed beacuse I have to confirm that I live in that address . What can I do to send a package to that USA destination? Im out of ideas and obviously in not in USA right now.
I never had this kind of problems before, and the seller will only send to paypal address.
