While it was easy to confirm my US bank account with Paypal, I have not been able to link my debit card that is connected to my bank account in Nigeria.
For some of the transactions I do online, I would rather use money in my Nigerian bank account, which is idle.
Solution: If you want to use your Nigerian bank cards you need to go back to Nigeria.
You could also have a friend from Nigeria wire your bank funds to you U. S. bank account. Just be aware that there are internationsl money transfer regulations; walk in to your local U. S. bank for details about regulations and how to transfer funds from your Nigerian bank. They may be able to do it for you.
You can only use U. S. banks for your U. S. PayPal account.
