Hello, i've been using paypal for years! And I have encountered a problem with money withdrawal. I sent multiple messages to help center, but nobody replied me. When i try to withdraw money to my bank account, i get this "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw funds on our old account view instead". When I try to add a new card to my paypal, it tells me that the card is already added, tho it's not. The problem occurs on both paypal accounts that I own. One is for business and other one is private. I hope you will reply me soon and won't ignore me.
