Can Not Login To My Paypal Account

I have to say that I truly am completely fed up with this **bleep**. I am a Finnish citizen living at a friends in Australia, and have been here since may 3rd this year. I bought a new computer recently and after login in with my computer and then logged off after tranfering some funds. I can no longer login to my paypal account. I am so fed up with this crap, since i buy my things I need from ebay, trough paypal.

I called paypal and they suggested me too create an new paypal acount, with the australian paypal. I did so, but what is the point to have an australian paypal account when it does not accept my Finnish Mastercard. I can not call the Finnish paypal either since i am using a prepaid plan that do not offer international calls, and I want this crap sorted out, before i loose my nerves completely. This crap has caused such annoying issues to me, it aint FUNNY!!!!

It is well known that a PayPal account is country-specific.  In Autralia you need an Australian PayPal account with links to Australian credit and financial services. 

To access you Finnish account you need to be in Finland.

you cannot link the same credit card to 2 paypal accounts.

get a local credit card,or another Fin card or open a bank account in Australia.

Who said life is easy?

Paypal is not transparent with many of its policies,

you should have removed your card from your Finnish PAYPAL account first and then link it with your Aussie account

I have tried getting a bank account here in Australia. But the Australian banks do not accept forangers to create Australian bank account, only Australian Citizens are allowed. It is not even easy to international students to get an australian bank account unless they have proof of their student visa or working visa. I have no such thing, I am not here for studies or even work. I am living witha friend, and I am living on pension.

Well I did not remove it because I did not know I had to, because I neved had this kind of problems before when I last time was visiting my friend back in 2013...
