Ok, this is my problem here. I am not having a merchant account so there for I write this here. In Jun I sold hamsters to 2 women that lives abroad. They promised to pay for the transportation fee for the hamsters and they payed for the hamsters. But they wanted to wait for my second litter. Once the second litter was old enough, the backed out. Fine, but then when i was nice enough to solve the transportation for them and then told them the transportation fee with ship, the simply backed off! I have lost buyers who was interested in this hamsters they bought, and that are not interested anymore since they have bought hamser elsewhere from. I recently got a request for refund. The thing is, MY HAMSTERS DOES NOT COME WITH A PURCHASE WARRANTY, OR A 30 DAY WARRANTY, for the simple fact that they are living being. That is the purchase terms from buying hamsters from me. I have told them about this many times, but they do not care. How do i put a stop on this madness. They should have done a better research than they did. They have messed up completely and do not want to take the consequences for their own mess. Not all sellers has purchase warranty or 30 day warranty. I do not have that type of warranty for living animals, in this case hamsters. So, how do i cancel their refund requests. Because there is NOT going to bee a refund and this people do not take no for an answer, they do not care about that there is no purchase warranty or no 30 day warranty for my hamsters when you buy a hamster from me.
