Blank Landing Pages everywhere on Paypal since 12 October

Is anyone having this problem?

Using the various menus, the pages are landing on "Blank Pages" No errors, only the Paypal Header
Problems are occuring on
- Adding Tracking  (Under Customer Transaction) -  Goes To Blank Page
- Withdraw to Bank Account - Goes to Blank Page

Using Windows 10, the problem occurs on Firefox, Chrome and IE, so it is not a browser support problem

On the same Paypal account, using Paypal App on Android, I can Withdraw to Bank account = Success
Paypal App unfortunately does not support "Add Customer Tracking" so I cant add tracking via Cellphone

I had the same problem with the blank tracking page. What worked for me was using my chrome browser on my phone (not the app) hope it works for you also.
