Hello. It's been 4 days since i registered my bank account and i still can not confirm it because i did not receive any confirmation info (2 deposits) on my bank account. But i am able to withdraw money from my paypal account to my bank account. Which i did today. How is this possible? Can i actually withdraw money to an unconfirmed bank account? What should i do?
