Apparently my account thinks I'm a US citizen and I'm not. Can't verify phone number this way.

Hi. I'm from Israel and for some reason my PayPal is completely out of touch with this.

I can't add an Israeli address (can only select US states) and can't verify my phone number (probably because PayPal thinks I should be providing an american phone number.)

I can't open a different account because my Email, credit cards, info etc everything is on this account bar the phone #. 

Opening a different account is illogical in this point, is there a way to change my account's country? (I wonder what PayPal expects people who migrate to different countries to do, open a new account as well? can't be)

Phone number is currently last step for PayPal account verification.

Paypal is country specific, if your account is asking for a U.S address then you must have opened a U.S paypal account by mistake.

Go and open one in your own country.

Hi I am Malaysian. Unfortunately my account automaticcally appear as I am US citizen. Now I can't enter my phone number even pay pal itself cannot send me verification. Also bank account number cannot enter as well. I tried to ask few peoples experienced and search from few sources but failed. Please help me. Thank you.

To whom it may concern I think about to cancel my pay pal account and my small business because I don't see any respon from management for my problem after few hours waiting. Actually the setting for new user is very much worry because we are zero. First step we have facing negative respon..how about when processing funds and so on..more scary if no one help like this. regret.
