Activity pages show no Customer Name

The Activity pages (Payments Received) show no name for any transactions.

Try downloading your account Activity history - look for field "Name".

 

If counterparty is a PayPal verified user, this field will contain the user's first and last name.  If counterparty is not a verified user, field will contain the user's email address.

 

Download or export your Transaction History

* Login to your account.
* Click "Activity"
* Under "Simple" "Detailed"
* Click on "Statements"
* Click on "Activity export"
* Select "Custom Date Range"
* Select your "From" and "To" Dates
* Under File Types for Download - Select "Comma Delimited - All Activity"
* Click "Download History"


What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports.

I'm not looking for a workaround. The names were there yesterday and have been for the last 10 years.
