Account limited, can't revert situation because of Paypal's errors

Our account got limited and after contacting support they indicated us to follow the link below:

Happens that it doesn't work.

Support seems like the worst support of all times, we reach out to them 3 times and they never listen to our problem always ending up in the same path without fix.

 

Another thing they sent us in an email was:

    To return your account to regular standing, please complete the checklist items indicated when you login to your account and click on the link provided on the "Account Overview" page.

    The link will appear as: "Your account access is limited: Click here for Details."

But the problem is that we don't see any checklist anywhere neither the message "Your account access..."

 

Please help, we run a very important conference in South America and already started our ticket selling but Paypal limitation is preventing us for receiving ticket money from other countries thus making us lose money for more than 1 week now.

 

Please, HELP!

Log into your account and under the My Account tab you should see an option for Resolution Center.  If you go in there you should see any requests for documentation they have and you'll have the ability to upload the requested docs.  That's the quickest way to resolve limited accounts.

There's nothing on Resolution Center, check the following screenshot:

In this other screenshot you can see that I have a red notification:

The problem is that the link of "additional information" doesn't work:

It shows me the home page again:

So the problem is that their website works like **bleep** now since the new skin change and is driving me nuts.

 

You can see in the last screen that there's a Go To Setup button but it takes me to a list that I already completed so this is a DEAD END:

And then we have the worst support ever that replies with the same email template every time we tell all this story (more than 5 times now):

Any help? This is a dead end and we are getting sick of Paypal lame support, planning to move into Stripe, sad for them as we manage good amounts...

Hi,

I have a similar problem. My account has been limited and I am loosing sales. I completed thie FATCA form but PayPal insist they not recieve it. I cannot go back to resend or do it again. All I am getting on the sreen is that
