I called Paypal this week and after 33 minutes trying to get through, I reach a lovely guy (Sean) and he is as flummoxed as I am.
There's nothing on there that flags to him. Or indeed me.
I now live in the US but made 3 purchases from Ebay UK, so can only think that buying soft toys for my autistic child is the root cause.....
The rep advised me to contact compliance------transaction to ask for a release/review.
He also said that they have applied the strictest sanctions, 180 days of lock out....
TBH, I have no idea what I have voilated and the rep also could not see any reason why.
It's a massive pain to me, as I use PayPal quite regularly, and have come to rely on it.
Any help or advise would be greatly welcomed
Thanks!!
