I went to the store and got a $300 prepaid card and everytime I link it to PayPal, it says that they need to confirm the card. To confirm the card, you have to click “Get a code” but everytime I click that, it says, “This was denied by the issuing bank...” help please I don’t know if I just wasted my money or not.
