Account ID Verification

I had to upload some extra information in order to be able to 'add money' to my account. 

I already uploaded: Photo ID, Proof of Address, and SNN Verification

All were already approved but Proof of Address is taking a long time, I already uploaded 2 different bills and tried reuploading a better version of the image. I need to make a purchase very soon and really need this information completed. Is there a reason it could be taking so long?

PayPal will do a review AND investigation of the information.  There is no set time frame when they will complete nor if it will be successful.

Okay, just found it odd they finished everything else pretty fast compared to the proof of address.

They willl do some internal research about your address.  Just submitting documents isn't enough. 

How long have you lived at that address?

Do you own the home? 

Is the residence in your name?

There's a lot than can be researched after the information is submitted.  How does it all match with your credit report?  What about previous locations?

They want to make sure that you are totally truthful.
