4 digit no paypal

Hello all .. i'm new to online business. And just register a paypal account..the problem is 1..then in my paypal account my debit card is still writing checking .. 2.how long I can get a unique 4 digits to verify my account ... sorry my english..

If you have clicked to confirm the card then the 4 digit code is sent to your card statement.

Then when you have it go back to your card in your wallet and confirm the card.
