Hello guys again.I am curious about something.Why do i have to link my credit-debit card if i cant add funds from it and i have to link my bank's account to add funds?I mean why adding my credit-debit card.What does this provide?Thanks in advance.

Why do you need to add funds to your paypal acount balance?

Normally only sellers do that to add funds if they get a negative balance after a dispute OR they withdraw funds TO their bank account from their ebay sales that are sent to their paypal balance.

But if you are just a buyer you don't need to add funds, you just pay the seller and the funds are deducted directly from your funding source ie bank account or your debit / credit card.

Thanks for replying bro!So i.e my balance on paypal is 0 euro and i have linked my debit card and i want to add 10 euros on steam.Do i have to add 10 euros to my balance in paypal or i can directly add money on steam with a 0 euro balance on paypal?
