hello i have some moey in my account but i cant close it i want HELP ME PLEASE!

If u have any outstanding payments/debts/disputes/claims/chargeback/limitations or your acc is below zero u wont be able to close it

Withdraw all the money first then  remove your card and bank details

Remove all financial details then close it
