how to change old email address that is still getting PayPal notifications.

Good Morning... I would like to get help in changing the old email address that is still recieving PayPal notifications. I rarely look at that email address and would like to make all PP notifications go to a new email address.  Tnx.

Which ever one you mark "Primary" will be used.

(That will also be the address used to login to your account.)

I have checked my info pages on both PayPal and e-bay.  Everywhere I look, I see the correct email address.  But I have had two people say they sent payments, and neither one shows in my paypal account.  I cannot find them anywhere.  Suggestins?

My primary email is listed correctly::  @att.net, but I sold two items and when the buyers paid it went to my old email:  @comcsast.net

I can't figure out how to fix this so all pay pal info comes to:  @att.net

Where and how did you sell the items, eBay, off your own web page or some other way?   When things like this happen, the old email address has to be either in the button code or an eBay profile.

I'm having the exact same problem, and PayPal and Ebay keep pointing at the other one for resolution!  I've deleted the old email address in both apps, but when my Ebay buyer tries to pay through Paypal, it shows the old email and tells him it's not a verified account!  SO FRUSTRATED! 

Does anybody at PayPal even read these forums??
