I open a Paypal account with this email address and I want to link with my debit card but I can't because it says "Sorry, but that credit card can't be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different credit card.". After that I check my card and I find a Paypal code. But I didn't link my Paypal account with my debit card yet. It seams that somebodu tried to link their Paypal account with my card. I can't call PayPal because i don't speak English very well. I email PayPal and I send a Facebook message. but just auto reply. What should I do? I need my Paypal account because I just opened an Etsy shop. Please help me
