confirm address through mail

I am unable to find the link that will allow me to confirm my address through the mail. I have followed the instructions that paypal has listed on their help section but I am still unable to find the link.

Is it possible your email program or antivirus application is removing the link?

You can also contact customer support for assistance with your issue.

I don't have an anti-virus, so there wouldn't be any issue there, I believe that when they updated/upgraded the website, they either moved ore removed the link from where the instructions said the link was supposed to be.

To request a confirmation code by mail:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Help at the top of the page.
3. Enter Confirm my address in the Search box.
4. Click Is there another way to confirm my address?
5. Follow the instructions provided.

3. Click Explore Topics in the middle of the page.
4. Click Seller Protection under Learn about Security And Protection.
5. Click Address Confirmation under What we're doing to help protect you And your business.
6. Click Alternate Address Confirmation under How to Confirm a Buyer's Address.
7. Follow the instructions.

When I get to the security And Protection there is no Explore Topics link. And that is where I get lost. Here is a picture of my security And protection page:

I found the link on the... "Help Center" > "My Account - Update Profile" > "Personal Profile" help center page at this link...
