i put in my password and it does not except. so i tried to change my password. no matter how fast i accomplished this, it told me i had timed out. i am being blocked and cannot send money for my purchases. wtf???
You may want to try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history, then close the browser, reopen and retry. Should you get the same results, try using another browser. If still an isssue, you would need to contact customer support for assistance.
