can’t link my card , billing address problem

I have a big problem ,I put exactly the same address but it keeps saying:

 We were unable to verify this card. Please review and make sure that the information you entered is correct. Your card billing address needs to match your PayPal street address

please how can i fix this

if you want proof i will prove it but please i need to verified my account
